Additional volume
If the sending volume is not enough in a month, the administrator books an add-on package. It applies to the whole team and can be cancelled monthly. You are notified at 80% and 100%, after which a 10% tolerance applies. Nothing is ever billed automatically.

Frequently asked questions
What does it cost to receive files?
Nothing. People who send you files or receive your requests need neither an app nor an account. Downloads and uploads run in the browser.
How does the team trial work?
You can try Team free for 14 days, without payment details. If the trial ends without a booking, sending pauses; receiving and records stay available. Without a booking, the team is deleted 30 days later, and you are reminded beforehand.
How do payment and cancellation work?
Monthly or yearly in advance by card or SEPA direct debit; yearly billing saves about 20%. The contract renews for the chosen period and can be cancelled at its end. After cancellation, you have 30 days to download your records.
Who can use Slayper?
Slayper is for businesses and self-employed professionals. All prices are net plus VAT; for EU businesses with a valid VAT ID, the reverse charge mechanism applies.
What happens when members join or leave?
New users are charged pro rata; fewer users apply from the next billing period. Records of former members stay with the team.
